Somatic Massage

People who struggle with mental illness and/or are neurodiverse tend to have chronically tight muscles from constantly being in fight or flight mode. In these sessions, we work on releasing those areas of connective tissue using myofascial massage techniques.

This type of session is an excellent complement to other mental health therapies such as talk therapy, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, etc. If you’re not already going to other therapies, I can help connect you with practitioners who can help.
